Dropped our van in this week to get our non-working air-con checked out. Turned out to be a simple fix. But the real compliment is the courtesy and service shown by the staff. Manners seem to be in short supply generally these days, but these guys were so polite and could not have been more helpful. Thanks RV team
We had a problem with our Thetford fridge running on gas continuously stopping and having to restart it and then came up with Error code 12. This company fitted us in within 3 days, diagnosed the problem and fixed it straight away. Very happy with the service.
A++ service from these guys, helped us out of a real jam. They really cared about our situation as we were not local and helped us get our holiday back on track. Can’t thank them enough. Totally recommend.

These guys fitted us in a couple of months ago and fixed our fridge problem so we could set off on our trip and this week we booked in our van we'd just purchased to get ESC fixed and they also did some extra work to get our reverse camera up and running, thanks again.
Absolutley a brilliant bunch of workers, they did an excellent job on my van and were prepared to do it after close time of 1pm friday so we could go on our trip. i recommend this company 110%, i wish all repairers were as professional and caring as this place, then maybe i would be less stressfull . once again thank you very very much. Professional and knowledgeable, great customer service. Terrific spare parts range on site.Because they are good you will likely need to wait for a booking for any servicing but it will get done right at a decent price
Steve and Matt went above and beyond for us, whilst on our caravan trip along the nsw coast from Victoria and finding we had an issue with our fridge and electrics at Easter! They were swamped with jobs but they saw us straight away and diagnosed our issue and got us going again! Very grateful 🙏Margie and Ross
I had my caravan worked on here and the work was done in a timely and efficient manner and came in just under the estimated cost. From what I can see the work done was exemplary and with good attention to detail, definitely recommend them based on my experience.
Great selection on parts, helpful and friendly staff. I had been searching for a drawer catch in my travels through 3 states and finally found the correct ones here at RV & Caravan Centre.
Had a brake problem heading north with a 2 ton van, no trailer breaks. Rang ahead to RV they were fully booked but as it was a brake problem they would fit us in.We arrived problem fix in an hour at a good price. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend for, quality, service and staff.😀😀😀😀😀
Had a Tucson electronic sway control fitted, service was fantastic from start to finish. Jonathan at the front counter was extremely helpful with advice and schedulingthe work, then I returned today to have the system tested on road for peace of mind and Matt was extremely obliging offering to take me for a drive and show how the system activated, could not have been more happy.
